Terms of Use

These terms govern your access to and use of FMS — Family Mood System.

Effective September 20, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using FMS, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What FMS provides

FMS lets members of a private family group post, receive, and review attitude and temperament reports and related comments. Features may change as the service develops.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect access to your account. If a child uses FMS, a parent or legal guardian must authorize and supervise that use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree not to misuse FMS, violate another person’s rights, harass or threaten others, impersonate someone, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, or use FMS unlawfully. Family-group administrators should invite only people authorized to participate in that group.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content only as needed to operate and improve FMS. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of what you submit and for respecting the privacy of other family members.

6. Safety and appropriate use

FMS is not an emergency service, medical device, diagnostic tool, mental-health service, or substitute for direct communication. Reports may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or stale. If someone may be in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Do not rely on an FMS status to make medical, safety-critical, legal, or emergency decisions.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep FMS available and reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, security concerns, or circumstances outside our control. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using FMS at any time. We may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address violations of these terms, comply with law, or discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FMS is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FMS and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, goodwill, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as FMS changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use FMS after updated terms take effect means you accept them.

12. Contact

Support contact details will be published here before FMS becomes publicly available. Until then, use the support contact option provided in the FMS app.
